Dusty Does Mobility ("we," "us," or "our") operates dustydoesmobility.com, the Dusty Does Mobility mobile app, and associated content channels including TikTok, YouTube, and email programs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. The first sections below cover the website and our content channels; the sections under "The Dusty Does Mobility App" cover the coaching app for our training clients.
We collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address when subscribing to our newsletter or mobility program. We also collect standard analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and general location at the country or region level.
We use your information to send you mobility content, program updates, and relevant communications you have opted into. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use third-party services including TikTok, YouTube, and email marketing platforms to deliver our content. These services have their own privacy policies governing data use. We access our own TikTok account analytics data for internal content performance reporting only. No third-party data is collected or shared.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

The Dusty Does Mobility app is a private coaching app for training clients of Dusty Jackson. The following sections describe what the app collects and how that information is used.
Account information: your name, email address, and password. Your password is stored as a secure hash, so we never see it.
Profile details: a profile photo and personal details you choose to add to your profile, such as your date of birth, height, and body weight.
Training and health data: workouts assigned to you, workouts you log (exercises, sets, reps, weights, and dates), weekly check-ins, and your progress over time.
Form-check videos: videos you choose to upload for coaching feedback.
Intake and application details: information you provide when applying or completing your intake, such as goals, training history, and health screening answers.
Solely to deliver coaching: showing you your program, tracking your progress, and letting your coach review your training, check-ins, and videos. The app does not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Your training data, check-ins, messages, and videos are visible only to you and your coach. Other clients can never see your information. Access is enforced at the database level (row-level security).
App data is stored with Supabase (our database and storage provider) on servers in the United States and is encrypted in transit. Billing is handled securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.
You can delete any workout log, form-check video, or your profile photo in the app at any time.
You can also delete your entire account from inside the app. Tap your profile photo to open Account, scroll to Delete My Account, and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, program history, progress photos, messages, and intake answers, and cancels an active membership. It cannot be undone.
If you would rather we handle it, contact us at dustydoesmobility@gmail.com and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
The app is intended for adults. Clients under 18 require a parent or guardian agreement with Dusty Does Mobility.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
